    If you thought pies were something only consumed by certain type of person, then FNK Pies will completely change your perception of these tasty pastry-encased delicacies.

    FNK Pies have a variety of  award winning savoury treats (such as hot sausage rolls, scotch eggs, churdles and of course around 8 different sorts of pies) for you to try. They love to resurrect old recipes (Medieval Beef and Ale Pie) as well as try some new and unusual ones.  Flavours such as Pork, Rhubarb and Gin (made with rare breed pork), and Pheasant, Plum & Gin Pie sit alongside more traditional fillings such as: Hampshire Beef; Pork, Apple and Cider; Chicken, Leek & White Wine Pie; Venison & Parsnip Pie; and Butternut Squash, Spinach & Goats Cheese Pie.  They also make Gluten Free pies.

    Using only the freshest, most ethically sourced and highest quality ingredients from his local area – Rowlands Castle –  (including Woodland Jersey Beef’s meat), Neil and partner Hazel have been lovingly hand making pies in his kitchen at home for years before taking the plunge and establishing FNK Pie house in 2012.
